Who are the 2025 Clinical Audit Heroes?

The Clinical Audit Heroes Awards are an essential part of Clinical Audit Awareness Week, shining a light on exemplar audits and projects that support improvement in healthcare. The 2025 awards were announced from 2-6 June 2025. THANK YOU to everyone who submitted a nomination – the calibre of entries was exceptionally high! Find below all the #CAAW25 award winners:

Patient Safety
