HQIP NCA 2069 Mental Health Clinical Outcome Review Programme

Description

The Mental Health Clinical Outcome Review Programme is 1 of 4 Clinical Outcome Review Programmes (previously known as confidential enquiries) which are designed to help assess the quality of healthcare, and stimulate improvement in safety and effectiveness by systematically enabling clinicians, managers and policymakers to learn from adverse events and other relevant data. The programmes aim to complement and contribute to the work of other agencies such as National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE), the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the Royal Colleges and academic research studies with the aim of supporting changes that can help improve the quality and safety of healthcare delivery.

The successful bidder will build on the experience of the Mental Health Clinical Outcome Programme to provide surveillance of patient suicides and homicides, an annual topic-specific report as well as analysis and reporting of NHS funded mental health services in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and potentially the States of Jersey and Guernsey, although this is yet to be confirmed.

HQIP uses an e-procurement system. Please follow the link to view the specification and formally express your interest in this opportunity. Potential providers must complete and submit the Supplier Registration Form on the e-procurement system before they can access the Invitation to Tender (ITT).

NB. This is a one stage process and the deadline given is for the submission of complete Tenders.
