Richard Driscoll Memorial Award 2021 – now open

Published: 01 Sep 2021

We are excited to announce that this year’s Richard Driscoll Memorial Award are now open to entries.

The Richard Driscoll Memorial Award celebrates great public and patient involvement in national clinical audit. The award is presented to the HQIP-commissioned programme that has been judged to have best demonstrated that they have meaningful patient and carer involvement embedded in their work.

This year the focus will be on information the programmes produce for patients and carers, highlighting the variety of formats and styles in which projects choose to share data, treatment options and recommendations for quality improvement in local services and patient outcomes.

All HQIP commissioned national programmes are eligible to submit an application that showcases how patients and carers influence the production of the patient-focused outputs of the programme.

The deadline for submissions is Friday 1 October.
