HQIP is pleased to confirm a number of staff who will be speaking at this year’s Clinical Audit for Improvement conference (CAI).

Taking place on Tuesday 8 March at the Hallam Conference Centre, organisers say CAI will promote and debate the key areas of clinical audit through a series of national updates, case studies, masterclasses and presentations.

The four newly announced HQIP speakers are:

  • Jenny Mooney, HQIP director of operations (NCAPOP) and Yvonne Silove, HQIP  associate director for quality and improvement, providing an ‘NCAPOP update’ plenary session to kick off the event
  • HQIP quality improvement and development facilitator Mandy Smith provides a plenary later in the day examining ‘How commissioners can use clinical audit to improve the quality of service’
  • Finally Kieran Mullan, HQIP clinical lead for Consultant Outcomes Publication will give a seminar entitled ‘COP 2015/16 review and future plans for 2016/17’

HQIP is a formal supporter for this year’s CAI. As part of the agreement, HQIP has secured a delegate discount of more than 30% for all its eBulletin subscribers: £250+VAT down from the full £365+VAT entry fee.
