This is the fourth annual report of the English Learning Disabilities Mortality Review (LeDeR) programme. It presents information about the deaths of people with learning disabilities aged 4 years and over notified to the LeDeR programme from 1st July 2016 – 31st December 2019, with a focus on deaths reviewed during 2019.

From 1st July 2016 – 31st December 2019, 7,145 deaths were notified to the LeDeR programme with 3,060 deaths notified in 2019.
