We publish dozens of clinical audit and outcome reports every year, and each report contains multiple recommendations for improvement. To help commissioning and other organisations to maintain oversight of these reports for all areas of service delivery, we’ve created this single point of reference for those recommendations.

Note: Report infographics are available to download from the individual report pages. Within this file, ‘column I’ denotes if a report contains an infographic for ease of reference.
