Reports | Published: 10 Dec 2020

The National Oesophago-Gastric Cancer Audit (NOGCA) was established to evaluate the quality of care received by patients with oesophago-gastric (OG) cancer in England and Wales.

The audit collected data on individuals diagnosed in England and Wales with invasive epithelial cancer of the oesophagus, gastrooesophageal junction (GOJ) or stomach, and patients diagnosed with high grade dysplasia (HGD) of the oesophagus. The primary focus of the 2020 Annual Report is the care received by adult patients diagnosed between April 2017 and March 2019 and their outcomes.
