This programme, which is part of the National Cancer Audit Collaborating Centre (NATCAN), analyses data looking into the diagnosis and treatment of those with Non-Hodgkin lymphoma.

They feed results back to individual cancer services and hospitals, as well as to the NHS at a national level in England and Wales. They also publish the results of their data analyses every quarter, in order to produce guidance for continuous improvement for people diagnosed with this type of cancer.

Supporting improvement

The NNHLA Quality Improvement Plan describes the approach taken across the NATCAN cancer audits to develop improvement goals and performance indicators / metrics, aiming for these to be measurable, actionable and improvable. Further information can be found on the programme website.
