The National Child Mortality Database (NCMD) has published the Child Death Review Data Release for the year ending 31 March 2025.

Gathering information on all children who die in England, so that we can improve and save children’s lives in the future

The data in this report summarise information about child deaths in England up to 31 March 2025, and the findings of reviews carried out by a Child Death Overview Panel (CDOP) on or before 31 March 2025. It should be read in conjunction with data tables also available, where there is more detail.
