Planned procurement: Maternal Newborn and Infant Clinical Outcome Review Programme (MNI Corp) and the Perinatal Mortality Review Tool (PMRT)

Closing date for applications: 16 November 2026 5:00 pm

Following the premarket engagement event for the Maternal Newborn and Infant Clinical Outcome Review Programme (MNI Corp) and the Perinatal Mortality Review Tool (PMRT) on 1^st July 2026 it is the intention of HQIP to go live with this tender on Monday 16^th November 2026.

Additional dates to note are:

• Clarification period ends on Tuesday 22^nd December
• Tender submission on Tuesday 5^th January 2027
• Evaluation of submitted bids – January – February 2027
• Award – April 2027 
• Contract start – 1st October 2027 

HQIP reserves the right to amend these dates, an official tender notice will be published when this project goes live.
