Providers of national audits and quality improvement projects that would like to be considered for inclusion in the NHS England Quality Accounts List 2027-28 are invited to complete the scoping survey linked below by Tuesday 13 October 2026.

Please note that projects commissioned by HQIP as part of the NCAPOP do not need to complete a scoping survey.
