HQIP is an independent charity that manages the largest national clinical audit and outcome review programme in the UK, on behalf of NHS England, the Welsh Government and others. Covering a wide range of common conditions, our work provides publicly available data that is trusted by patients and clinicians alike, and supports evidence-based improvement.
