As an accomplished Improvement Practitioner of 20+ years (both in the NHS and abroad) Clare brings a broad range of skills in quality assurance, improvement and evaluation, from service design, lean six sigma and statistics for improvement, to leadership development and culture development at an organisational level. Clare is also the lead for the HQIP Quality Improvement, Evaluation and Advisory/ Consultancy services, working with partner organisations.
