HQIP Buyer Profile
In accordance with European Directive 2004/18/EC and its enactment in the Public Contracts Regulations 2006, this Buyer Profile page allows you to access details of HQIP’s procurement process and future procurement requirements by clicking on the relevant items shown below.
Also provided is access to copies of Prior Information Notice (PIN), Contract Notice and Contract Award Notice as required by the European Commission, as well as basic Pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs) - used to select “Economic Operators” who will be invited to submit tenders.
