HQIP has developed a new guidance on reporting to help support the impact of audit and clinical outcome review outputs. This document – available to download below – has been written for NCAPOP service providers to help support the development of high-quality reports that meet the needs of key audiences and achieve maximum impact in terms of supporting improvements to patient care.

This guidance is not intended to be prescriptive but provides a clear framework fore the potential structure and format of reports.
