The National Early Inflammatory Arthritis Audit (NEIAA) was one of the commended programmes of the 2019 Richard Driscoll Memorial Award.

Their case study demonstrates working with a patient panel to understand how best to communicate with patients and the creation of innovative videos and a website specifically for patients.

The 2019 Richard Driscoll Memorial Award took place at HQIP’s Annual General Meeting on November 14th in honour of HQIP’s former Chair of Trustees, a passionate life-long ambassador for patient care, who sadly passed away in 2017. The award recognizes HQIP commissioned clinical audits and reviews on the basis of their robust and sustained patient involvement.
