HQIP Mental Health Programmes
Here at HQIP we place an equally high value on both physical and mental healthcare, taking steps to ensure parity of esteem and holistic care across the entire National Clinical Audit Patient Outcome Programme (NCAPOP).
A number of our programmes have already begun to achieve this by including measures and mental health studies in predominantly physical health-centred national audits and vice versa.
These programmes include:
• National Anxiety and Depression Audit
• Mental Health Clinical Outcome Review Programme
Guides
We have published ‘Addressing Parity of Esteem in National Clinical Audit’, a guide authored by HQIP’s 2017 Clinical Fellow, Saffron Homayoun.
