What do you mean by National Clinical Audit and Patient Outcomes Programme?

The National Clinical Audit and Patient Outcomes Programme (NCAPOP) consists of a series of audits commissioned and managed by HQIP, under the guidance of the National Clinical Audit Advisory Group (NCAAG), and funded by the Department of Health.
