Tim Golbourn

Tim Golbourn joined the RCN in 2007 and has UK-wide responsibility for Finance, Information Systems, Marketing and Business Development, Operational Planning, Risk and Internal Audit.

Prior to joining the RCN, Tim was Director of Finance, Information Management and Technology at Waltham Forest Primary Care Trust. He worked in the NHS for 21 years and held board level director positions in a number of different organisations. In a voluntary capacity Tim was also a trustee of Virtual, a London-based mental health charity.

Tim is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA).
