Patient and public involvement in clinical audit: Workshops 2012

5 July 2012

HQIP and its Patient Network are pleased to confirm the dates for the first two patient and public involvement (PPI) workshops to take place this autumn. These workshops are for patients/volunteers interested in clinical audit and for clinical audit staff who want to involve patients more effectively in their clinical audit programme.

Last month, HQIP's Patient Involvement Lead Kim Rezel reported the up and coming work programme to support PPI in clinical audit in the PPI blog. "We would like to encourage patients, service users, carers and volunteers to attend, so if you are a staff member who works with volunteers please encourage them to attend with you. Expenses for volunteers can be covered, in accordance our expenses policy (pdf)" Rezel added.

Places are free and expenses can be covered for patient representatives and volunteers.

If you are interested in taking part but cannot attend a workshop on the dates above, please email as further events may be added to the calendar, where numbers allow.
