NHS Operating Framework 2012-13

The NHS Operating Framework sets out the business and planning arrangements for the NHS:

"HQIP would like to draw attention to Operating Framework and in particular the items relating to clinical audit.  The relevant sections are 2.8, 4.33 and 4.34 with the latter outlining the preparation for the move to a ‘subscription funding' model.   At the present time we have no detail about this development but further news will be shared in our fortnightly e-bulletin as it becomes available" said HQIP's Quality Improvement and Development Lead, Kate Godfrey.
