NHS Institute webinar to focus on commissioning strategies and quality workstreams
The next ‘Expert on Call' webinar from the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement is set to take place this Thursday (20 May 2010) at 4pm.
This month's session sees Paul Unsworth, Interim Area Director South for NHS Solutions, talk about how commissioners can align their commissioning strategies with the national quality and efficiency workstreams, and the help that's available to them.
Unsworth has been a clinician and manager within the NHS for over 30 years, managing acute, community, primary care and commissioning services during that period. He has also been a chief executive for over six years and a director of the North East Essex LIFT company.
The presenter has had a particular interest in sharing best practice and patient safety throughout his career in the NHS and through his involvement in the European Leaders in Health Improvement programme.
During the seminar, NHS staff will not only be able to listen to Paul but also have the opportunity to ask questions, exchange ideas and discuss how they can put these insights into practice.
The seminar will take place at 4pm on Thursday 20 May 2010. Click here to register.
