COPD
The National COPD Audit commenced in March 2008. Data was collected from Acute Trusts across the UK on organisation of services and resources for people with COPD, and on clinical outcomes for patients admitted with acute exacerbations of COPD between March and May 2008. Data was collected from patients and their GPs by way of a paper based survey. Primary Care organisations across the UK were also asked to complete a resource and organisation of care survey.
Reports emerging from the National COPD audit 2008 are available to download here.
