NCAPOP: Data Access Request Process
HQIP recognises that the data collected by the National Clinical Audit and Patient Outcome Programmes is a valuable resource. We have created a data access process so that related healthcare organisations may request use of the data.
Before applying, using the data access request form, you must read the process in full and accompanying HQIP data sharing agreement. Prior to the application being considered, you must sign the Data Sharing Agreement.

Completed Data Access Request Forms and signed Data Sharing Agreements must be submitted to datasharing@hqip.org.uk. We will acknowledge receipt.
Status of applications, and approved applications, will be published regularly at the link below:
