The HQIP Patient Network is pleased to report its latest activity via the Patient and Public Blog, including the election of the Network's first Chair, John Lynch.
In the past few months the Patient Network have been very active, with strong involvement at the HQIP Annual Conference and attendance at the CAI Conference (February). Members are also attending the upcoming European National Clinical Registries and Audit Summit (April) as well as the National Joint Registry's Patient Focus Conference next week.
Over the coming months the Network will help finalise an e-learning package for patients who would like to be involved in clinical audit.
"We are looking to expand the Network and welcome any patients or interested individuals to get in touch to discuss the opportunity further. We meet every three months, but if you would prefer to only have "virtual involvement" we are still very interested to hear from you" concluded HQIP Patient Involvement Lead Kim Rezel.
