HQIP launches first-ever Stakeholder Survey: help us to help you

HQIP has launched its first-ever Stakeholder Survey, so those who have made use of HQIP resources and services can feedback on the standards of resource and help they have received.

The survey is largely comprised of quick yes/no questions, and is grouped into five simple areas: a general section (relevant to most respondents) and then areas corresponding to specific areas of our work.

Many respondees will find more than one area relevant - please fill out as many categories as are relevant to you. Similarly, if only certain sections and/or questions are relevant, please restrict yourself to those. Progress to the next section by scrolling down and using the 'Done' button at the bottom of each page. At the final page, simply use the 'Submit' button to complete the survey.
 
About HQIP/survey context: HQIP promotes clinical audit and healthcare quality improvement directly to groups including clinicians, clinical audit specialists and other healthcare professionals, and to patients, carers and their representatives and the wider public. HQIP also provides information and resources to other groups including the media and academics.
