HQIP is pleased to start the New Year as a stakeholder in CHAIN - the contact, help, advice and information network - and as a faciltator to a new sub-group for clinical audit. The new sub-group already has over 700 members.
CHAIN is a free online mututal support community for professionals in health and social care, with many specialist groups already established including quality improvement and public and patient involvement. Users can reach each other through a range of filters and start dialogue on relevant and mutually beneficial topics, including within the UK and internationally.
HQIP Communications Manager James Thornton said: "CHAIN gives people a simple and informal way of contacting each other to exchange ideas and share knowledge. Many of our staff are already individual members. As a stakeholder and facilitator, HQIP will be able to share information and consult on clinical audit in a new but efficient and effective way, to help invigorate audit at all levels."
Anyone interested in joining the CHAIN clinical audit sub-group, please register with CHAIN online: http://chain.ulcc.ac.uk/chain/join.html.
CHAIN is a lean, not-for-profit entity resourced through a consortium of public sector and other non-commercial stakeholders including the NHS National Institute for Research and NHS Scotland.
