HQIP announce inaugural clinical audit awards
30 December 2008: HQIP have announced they will be hosting their inaugural Annual Clinical Audit Awards Ceremony at the Working Together in Clinical Audit Conference in April 2009.
Organisations (NHS and non-NHS) are invited to submit clinical audit projects using the submission form available here to reach HQIP no later than 5pm on Friday 6th February.
Award categories include Partnership Audit, Sustained Improvement, Patient Involvement in Clinical Audit and Clinical Audit Programme of the Year.
Shortlisted projects will be announced Tuesday 10th March 2009 with winners revealed at the awards ceremony to be held at the conference on the evening of Wednesday 29th April.
