Greater Manchester Clinical Audit Network

The Greater Manchester Clinical Audit Network is open to people throughout the region working within NHS clinical audit and have around thirty members. They aim to:

  • develop links and share good practice through experiences gained in everyday clinical audit and to standardise best practice throughout the region
  • act as a discussion Forum with further strategy to set up and develop an electronic discussion forum between all Trusts and PCTs within the Network.

The purpose of the Network is to liaise and share ideas relating to best practice and to encourage consistency between Trusts and PCTs throughout Greater Manchester in relation to National, Regional and Local statutory audit requirements.

The Network encourages development and sharing of audit tools, acknowledging those organisations which contribute tools that are already successfully developed and implemented.
