The 2010 Local Clinical Audit Awards, taking place on 27th April at The Belfry, includes more categories than eve r- and the deadline has been extended allowing everyone with clinical audit projects they are proud of time to enter.
This year also sees the introduction of the Gold Award for the strongest entry which qualifies for at least two of the above categories.
Last year winners included Southampton University Hospitals NHS Trust, which claimed the prize for Programme of the Year:
"We were delighted to receive the HQIP award," comments Martin Stephens, Associate Medical Director (Clinical Effectiveness). "It gave the team a real boost, raised the profile of clinical audit 'from board to ward' and encouraged us to strive for even higher standards."
Where & When: HQIP host the Local Clinical Audit Awards on 27th April as part of the Local Clinical Audit Conference, running from 27-28th April at The Belfry hotel, near Birmingham.
